1. Default storage
Work records, names, contacts, amounts, photos, and handwriting are stored by default in encrypted app-private storage on the device. Hédéonix does not transmit or collect the raw content on a separate work-data server. Solirhythm is not designed to store full card numbers, CVCs, passwords, or identity-document originals.
2. Optional Apple-device sync
Only when enabled by the user, ledger data, profiles, settings, and eligible attachments are encrypted on the device and stored in the user's private iCloud database. Recovery phrases and plaintext work records are not uploaded. Turning sync off does not itself delete existing iCloud ciphertext; use the in-app remote deletion control.
3. Apple Watch
Watch integration operates only when enabled. Selected project aliases and pending time records may be encrypted on Watch and transferred device-to-device to iPhone. Solirhythm does not read HealthKit or location data.
4. Device permissions
Biometrics or the device passcode unlock private records and reconfirm sensitive exports. Camera and Photos access only items the user selects. Calendar entries and notifications are created only at the user's direction.
5. Trial and purchase
StoreKit and the device Keychain verify the 14-day trial and one-time license. Hédéonix does not receive full payment-card data. There is no auto-renewing subscription.
6. Backup and export
Backups and PDF reports are created only when the user selects the scope, purpose, and destination. Complete backups may include evidence photos and Pencil originals and are re-encrypted with the user's recovery phrase. Third-party storage policies apply after export.
7. Retention and deletion
Editable records can be moved to Trash and permanently deleted after device authentication. Deleting the app removes its container, but Keychain items may remain under iOS policy. iCloud ciphertext and Watch queues must be reviewed separately if those features were used.
8. Contact
For privacy or security questions, email info@hedeonix.com. Do not attach passwords, recovery phrases, card data, identity documents, confidential work records, or personal data.
